Will be interesting to hear Arum's take here. If it had gone to DAZN, that's really bad for ESPN and Arum would be incentivized to retaliate, but Triller is kind of a non-entity right now. Hard to imagine them making a dent given how crowded the market is.

Down the line, the [roblem is that Lopez might be asked to go into unification and make the same or less money than he makes against Kambosis. And then we're back to another standoff with Top Rank and a big fight wont get made because someone overpaid for a fight just to get it.

Arum shouldn't be upset at all here. They get a nice cut from Lopez's purse and they will get Lopez back soon enough. Arum stuck with his guns of just wanting to offer up the guaranteed purse for Lopez and he had every right to do so. Lopez found another suitor who was going to offer up a much bigger purse and took advantage of the situation. No harm, no foul!

Why would it be better if it was on DAZN? Are you referring to the PPV price opposed to the subscription price? If so I agree there, but in terms of pure viewers, Triller may get more just with having Jake Paul on the card. This PPV will do much better than folks think.
