I disagree. Inactive and blown up Gamboa made him do the stanky leg. Eurobum Mean Machine dropped him. Peg legged Jose Bumavidez took rounds off Crawford and did fairly well until his bum leg gave out. And washed up and drained Brook damn near closed his eye before he quit. Crawford fought really nobody worth a damn that was around the same size as him his whole career. The better fighters that he fought weren't at their best and touched him up still. Crawford is vastly overrated and over hyped. I don't see this Mayweather level fighter in him, I see a hype job waiting to be exposed if he ever steps up. A good jab gives him fits, his defense is eating punches, and when he gets in trouble he switches Southpaw. His switching is overrated as hell. I think a few of the top guys beat him and that's why he re-signed with Top Rank and ESPN exclusivity to duck them.
Who will Terrence Crawford fight next?

Actually, Crawford didn't really start talking about fighting Spence utill after The Accident. Anyway, Top Rank isn't interested unless they can have regular crowds and dual-network coverage. The fight isn't big enough for dual-networks (in PBC's opinion ... where all can actually make money). Add to that Bud wants equal pay up front. All deal-breakers.
Thus, Crawford probably fights Vergil Ortiz, or if we're lucky maybe he picks a fight with Lipinets. Ugas would be excellent, but he may be fighting Spence next, so ...Comment
