you make a thread asking the opinion of a boxing forum on who they feel has a better resume between Floyd and Manny, then pretty much ridicule everyone who voted for manny pacquiao showing an obvious bias for Mayweather and then you have the nerve to call them fanboys? even the various posters on here who are actually VERY pro Mayweather such as Pullcounter?

Gatti lost to Micky ward at 140....go away....Diaz did much better aGAINST Pac at 135 then Hatton did at 140...so your theory is crap

Ask yourself this question.

Why is it that when both Pacquiao and Mayweather was active nobody rated Pacquiao higher than Mayweather, if Pacquiao suppose to have the better resume?

Dont you think People would have took note of this and had Manny Pacquiao
ranked higher then Floyd Mayweather.
in 1998,1999,2000,2001,2002,2003,2004,2005,2006,2007, and 2008.

Why in all these years did nobody ever say you know Floyd Mayweather,

Well, Mayweather took on Hatton at his weight: Welterweight. That was not really Hattons weight and he still gave Floyd a head ache the first 5 or 6 rounds. Manny took on Hatton at his natural weight where he was never beaten, and destroyed him in 2 rounds. So what do you think is more impressive? Del Hoya he won a UD at his weight, and i give him credit for that, but again Manny gets the best of him. Manny jump 2 weight classes to face Oscar at WW and absolutely destroyed him from start to finish. You may say he was weight drained and what not, and I won't disagree with you there, but people seem to forget that Manny had to jump 2 weight classes to face Oscar. He could have easly came into that fight slower, sluggish, and not as good as he was at the lighter weights. So it's not Manny's fault that Oscar came into that fight ill prepared. Me personally if i were Oscar, I would have fired who ever he had as his nutrionist.


If he beats Marquez...good for him. Manny's got Cotto. If Manny pulls out the win aginst Cotto Mayweather is still in the back seat. Manny has also tooken on a lot better competion late in his career, where as Mayweather has not. Lets remeber that for Mayweather it's not about fighting good fighters, it's about making the most amount of money taking the least amount of risk. He could have fought margarito for a guranteed 8 million and he made the excuse of who is that, the fans don't know him. When he came back he could have fought a guy like Berto or Mosely, and instead who did he decide to pick .... a lightweight. Come on man...what kind of **** is that? That's a joke! Manny's taking on Miguel Cotto and Mayweather is taken on Marquez.... who looks more impressive?

You have to remember pacquiao was 21 years old when he got knock out in the 3 round ....

* Pacquiao at 23 is not beating A Prime #4 ranked in the division Jesus Chavez



Pacquiao was getting knocked out in the 3rd round by a fighter name Medgoen Singsurat when he was 21.. So you cant tell me he would beat a fighter like Genro at 21...


You can only say Pacquiao better than Mayweather when you are applying a double standard on Mayweather. Because if you judge them equally...
there is no way you can say Pacquiao is better than Mayweather.
