There aren't many great prime boxers anywhere, let alone at 135. Except for Guzman, Funeka, and Valero, Diaz would put it on most/all of them. Diaz isn't great, but he's very good.
that's the 1% that he's talking about, and these are the guys that probably beat diaz.
