First I've heard of any injury. It's unfortunate Wlad is spending his prime fighting once a year. The good old days of the heavyweight champ fighting 3+ times a year is long gone. Boxing politics are ridiculous. Were gona lose our sport if something doesn't change fast. MMA is starting to clown us now and that's pathetic.Comment

About 2 weeks ago people were posting pictures of Wlad in a sling, so this was not a shocker. I gave Haye the benefit of the doubt against Wlad. I wanted to believe he really was hurt. However, when he does the same type of nonsense against Vitali it becomes a joke. Also Wlad had a documented surgery...Haye had a note from his mom...its completely different.Comment

Haye didn't even have a mommy note if we want to be honest about it.
Nobody in their right mind believes he was actually injured.Comment

I believe haye did hurt his back vs wlad & it was wlad who wouldn't wait the month to reschedule(hbo asked him to).I understand wlads right to stay active & not to disappoint his 60000fans(although many were there to see haye not chagaev).haye got a much easier & better deal vs valuev & it only makes sense to secure his future.klit fans bash haye for being a ***** but I see him as smart.it's too bad wlad is hurt & I don't wish injuries on anyone but I think chambers & the #2 wbo contender should fight for the interim title since I believe wlad won't defend by his mandatory date.he will be ready in early 2010 to reclaim his wbo title.he works hard so he won't be gone long.if he has any complications thou he may end up missing both his ibf/wbo msnditory dates...which means he has NO titles then.I'm sure he'll be fine but with a shoulder surgery it's tough to predict a certain timetable of return & since your shoulder is a major part of a boxers body future trouble could be a concern.klitschko fans there is the chance wlad could be sidelined long enough to be stripped.that's a shame(I'm not a fan but I like a person to lose his belt in the ring)because even thou I don't like either klit,I still watch their fights & cheer against them but wlad is in his prime & is good for the sport...I wish him a speedy recovery.Comment
