look at the fighters he has faced and then look at their opposition....their opposition has been forced to "dig deep". Mayweather is that good that he controls what other fighters do.....THEY dont dictate the pace of the fight...HE does.....Ive seen ALL of mayweathers fights that have been recorded and in all of those fights his opponents attempt to employ certain strategies that arent effective.....i believe thats called "ring generalship"

Mayweather himself has stated that he has been beating fighters with his C game..lol
Well that is my point exactly. What Floyd shows in the ring on fight night is nowhere near a pure display of stamina and it's that show of ring generalship that makes it hard to make a proper evaluation on the level of his stamina.

First off Floyd's philly shell fighting style in itself is a very compact style designed to minimize wasted movement and wasted energy.

He uses angles and footwork to to make his opponent chase him, he paws with his jab, he takes opportunites to lay on the ropes or fights on the inside and takes opportunites to lay on his opponents. These nuances in his fight strategy are designed to conserve his stamina while sapping small bits of his opponent's stamina.

He could very well fight 15 or even 20 rounds like that but that by no means does it mean he has more stamina or is a harder worker than other fighters.

Other fighters like Pacquiao, Margarito, Juan Diaz are proven to have great stamina because their entire fight strategy revolves around pushing the pace and challenging their opponents to keep up with it, and retaining the same pace in the 12th round as they had in the 1st round without slowing down.

Floyd's game is designed to conserve energy at every opportunity. And until we see him against an opponent that forces him to unleash his "A" game...you cant possibly say that Floyd is undoubtedly the most well conditioned fighter there is.

how many training regiments have you pople seen floyd do---he shadowboxes slow--hits the bag slow and starts off hitting the mitts slow---he has always done this to work on technique--that's it---he looks slow to people who don't follow his training---trust me---he looks fantastic like usual...floyd prides himself on throwing sharp pnches, meaning he won't go fullspeed in his training until he has his technique down...nothing from the norm...he has alys been this way---watching this video is like watching him train every other time he has done so---trust me folks, he is going to look fantastic and sharp as **** september 19th...he never hits the heavybag fast---just watch how he trained for baldomir and de la hoya and hatton-it's nothing different this time around---he will pick it up....

floyd does look very lackadaisical in that vid. he's not hitting the pads w/ speed and he's not hitting the punching bag w/ power.

i'm not really sure what that means.

Maybe he was warming up? I seriously don't know... there was no effort being put in I know that.

He just doesn't want his hands in training remember he had hand problems for a while.

Nah I doubt it, you can't go through training tapping like that it will do **** all, he might as well sit down wanking all day if he was to do that. It was probably just a one off bad shot, we will see when 24/7 comes around.

Does floyd every hit the bags real hard. I never see him slamming the bag like a Hatton, Cotto or Pacquiao. This is what makes floyd very unique. Hes strength and power come from places you'd never imagine.

He is just warming up in these clips. anyone who thinks he is slacking has wishful thinking.

Seriously when have you ever seen floyd go hard in training in terms of how he punches?

Not really! The proof is in his success and the manner in which he performs! I think this statement is correct.
