This is at HW right not P4P?
I love Willie Pep and think Wlad is seriously overated but even I don't think Willie could knock out Wlad at HW.
Now a points decision is another matter

Huh?!? You haven't even watched it?!? WTF?!?

Toney is just too small for heavyweight, he got outboxed by Peter. Holmes is miles ahead of Peter, Toney just loses a lot of his strengths in heavyweight. Toney at best is a cruiserweight.

Holmes made his bones being avoided in the 70's while beating Ken Norton and Ernie Shavers. Ken Norton has pretty damn good defense himself, certainly comparable if not better than bloated heavyweight James Toney. Holmes also spanked the s*** out of most everybody he fought in his prime.

Don't take this as mean, but what has James Toney ever done at heavyweight to make you think he could even compete with Larry Holmes?

Toney as always would be slippery and game, hanging in there as best he could, but Holmes would just be too much, Toney would do his best to get up close and maybe have some success, but overall Holmes would control the action and win a pretty comfortable points decision.

The problem with Benncollinsaad is that he talks about the prime middleweight-supermiddleweight Toney who was an animal but you can't keep those abilities when you're a big man.

Toney is in my opinion the best american Heavyweight today if he goes back to the Holyfield fight shape. I'm sad to admit it but Larry Holmes would win a wide decision if there is not a HUGE gift a la DeLaHoya-Sturm. It's not about nuthugging. I don't really like Holmes but i speak the truth, nothing wrong with that.

The Heavyweight division only has : K bros, Toney, Chambers, Haye and Arreola who can keep the Heavyweight division relevant.

But I'm talking about the 1998 Larry Holmes! And you forgot Povetkin, Dimitrenko, Boytsov and also Tua.
