Is bhop the real catchweight b*tch in boxing?
can you really call Hopkins a ***** for being in his mid 40's willing to fight one of the top stars in the sport? If Williams agrees, I don't see a problem with 170, Williams is taller than Hopkins, I think. It's not like he said "meet me at 200."

I think the Hopkins fight would be tougher then the Pavlik fight for Williams. I just see him prevailing in both regardless. BHop isnt busy enough, and Williams is just too damn busy.

This isnt a good fight for Williams.Hopkins will not only beat him but destroy him.he will never be the same and that would be a sad loss to boxing.

Hopkins knows how to spoil people's strategy and forget Williams work rate because it wont be there.Hopkins will tie him up,heab butt him and just destroy him,he'l be a punching bag

Paul could punch from the outside giving Hopkins no chance to hold. Bernard(like Winky)will look to counter all night, hoping to land a big right hand and in the meantime be outpointed. BHop would have had a better chance a couple years back. The older he becomes now, the less he seems to do during rounds.

How do you know paul williams will hae a good workrate against popkins?

hopkins will stay far away and get inside and rough paul up...lead headbutt off the ropes... elbows...pushing... all of that..Idk if paul is built for that.

I would take Paul Williams in this fight.

I know that B-Hop is legendary against southpaws, and is one of the cagiest old craftsmen in the game.

But he just doesn't have enough left in him physically to keep up with the pace of a guy that throws 90+ punches a round. We saw him get outworked by Calzaghe, who IMO beat Hop by simply being busier.

P-Will is a volume puncher, and at this stage in his career B-Hop would likely lose a in a UD.

I could see either man winning...depends on if Bernard can take away Paul's jab and disrupt his rhythm...

Bernard ruins some guys tho so idk if Paul wants to do this...

I think Williams could beat him... I mean we all know it was basically the work rate that Calzaghe beat him with, well Williams has the same good work rate but has longer arms and that.
