It was a bad stoppage, but Cotto was on his way to KOing Corley in a few rounds, so in reality its a moote point. The right man won.

while you can argue that AFTER Cotto's rough 3rd round (due to ONE punch) there wasn't any doubt as to the outcome, you can also argue that BEFORE the 3rd round there wasn't any doubt. The fact is that the doubt was created by ONE punch - and who's to say that a similar punch couldn't land again at some point?

Cottos next fight is in New York, with Harris who is from NY, could be interesting, sort of a 50/50 home court advantage, even if Cotto is more popular than him.Plus, that can happen anywhere, with whoever.

Before Tito fought DLH he kept running his mouth off calling DLH" a wimp, and chicken" .. Well guess what Tito you got a decision you didn't deserve in that fight and your reaction after the decision was announced confirmed that.. The look of relief and shock on your face will I not soon forget. Big mouth=No heart. Why wasn't Tito begging for a rematch after Hopkins embarresed him in front of a packed MSG full of Puerto Ricans. Oh yeah I forgot because he ran back to PR like the little ***** that he is. The word is background. Please learn to spell and construct a sentence properly if you are going to judge my level of education. Perhaps you can enlighten me on the errors of my ways. As far as racism goes, I personally feel that everyone in the world is a little racist or biased.. You talk about class but you showed everything BUT class in your post. Generalizing a single race on the actions of a few is very foolhardy. You make my point by saying that all the other races 'WHERE YOU LIVE', and all the Puertoricans 'WHERE YOU LIVE.' Not all races and nationalities act the same as the people 'WHERE YOU LIVE.' You need to get your head out of your ass.

The fight vs. DLH in my opinion was a draw and no he didn't deserve that fight. However, all fighters talk a little smack prior to their fights. That is part of the game. Some are more reserved than others. But to hate on the guy simply b/c he's doing a little trash talking before a fight is kinda dumb b/c then you would have to hate on the rest of the 95% of boxers who do the same.

I don't know about your statement that Tito has no heart. That has to be one of the most ignorant statements I have heard in a long time. If anything, Tito has MORE heart than most fighters in today's game. You can't blame the guy for taking some time off after the Hopkins fight. He got beat by a better fighter, probably the best Middleweight of all time. Shoot the guy why don't ya for trying to regather himself and make a decision on what he plans to do for the rest of his life. He got beat by the best. There is no shame in that.

Overall Soko, I think your a bitter person and are very closed minded. You need to broaden your horizon about other cultures and stop generalizing other people simply b/c of your experiences with those in your immediate surroundings or b/c you saw a guy on tv act a certain way. This carries over to the world of boxing. Don't hate on a guy just b/c he's a certain race or b/c his corner shouts something you don't like or b/c a decision was unjustly made. Judge a boxer by his character, his ability to fight, and the quality of the opponents he has fought. The rest is trivial.
