Ticket Sales are something of a hush hush business...i work at Ticketmaster and 15 mins before the "on sale" of this fight an announcement was made to the entire sales floor that tickets were "very limited" and gave us procedures of what to tell customer after tickets sold out, because they expected our inventory to sell out within 2-3 mins...this got my attention so decided to check a system where i can see the entire inventory seat by seat for the entire house, and the seats that were available to sell were indeed very limited. We did not have the option to sell a whole bunch of seats and i mean a whole bunch....we had more tickets that we could not sell than the ones we could sell...this was not the case for the Floyd fight...i dont know what the deal is but i thought it was rather fishy, but then again they might be reserved to friends family and media, but how could half of the MGM be gone before the event even goes on sale?
