    Question:

What is the capacity of the MGM arena?

I see here it says 16,200. i know that they can flex up to 17K-ish for big fights (Floyd-Hatton).

Then why was the attendance only 10,500 for Cotto-Margarito, and people (who supposedly attended) were claiming that it was "packed"?

Was the arena actually 40% empty for the Cotto-Margarito fight?

side note: this story feels alot like a TR plant.

I believe the Cotto-Margarito fight was almost 13,000 and it look pretty full to me.

TR Plant? Why because you can't believe Cotto-Pacquiao is destroying Mayweather-Marquez? Hahaha got to love butthurt Gayweather fans!

What the ****? Most people thought Pacquiao vs Cotto would do better than Mayweather vs JMM... your just twisting ****. Its obviously that fight would sell better, its a bigger fight.

Well, it is because I would like to go to the fight, and i was bummed that i'd have to spend a grand. I wouldn't do that.

So, unlike you gullible, low-IQ types, I actually verify information when I get it. Sure as ****, there are TONS of $300 seats available.

i challenge you to dispute that. As you would say hahahahahaha. You immature ******.

Also, the cotto-marg fight was 10,477 according to nearly every report.

facts are not a scary thing, ya know.

Pbf vs jmm is not good for boxing Floyd fighting a real WW & stop ducking real competition is good for boxing

Are you a butthurt Gaywather fan? If you are not then I was not talking to you. Everyone knows Cotto vs Pacquiao is bigger but some Gayweather fans just can't accept that.

Well, i respect that opinion. But what is good for the sport is positive exposure.

I think that seeing a mayweather-marquez fight is better than a mayweather-clottey fight. The sport gets another 24/7, etc. And if you are a fan of the sport, you can't be mad at JMM getting a shot at the big time. ...this is more exposure than he has ever had.
