          Tribute to Cotto

As much as I like Cotto... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aR5Ahe6Z4r4 Pac Man fights at a much faster pace and can control the fight by his sheer volume and laser sharp precision... But if Cotto can land hard to the body... Its going to be definitely be worth the price of admission!

Jace McTier's Boxing art featuring the greats of the sport: Muhammad Ali, Sugar Ray Robinson, Angelo Dundee, Sergio Martinez, Mayweather Jr., Hatton, Pacquiao, George Foreman, Micky Ward, Willie Pastrano, Jake The Raging Bull Lamotta and Carmen Basillio.

I think Cotto needs a trainer he trusts and to have a good relationship with him. Joe Santiago not being that good won't change a lot of things if Cotto likes him and get along with him.

At this point him and Pacquiao won't improve like crazy til november. We can expect to see the Cotto of the Mosley/Clottey fight and the Pacquiao of the Diaz/Hatton fight. They both fulfilled their potentials, Cotto or Manny, whoever wins will only win because he's the better man that night.

Cotto is very good at cutting off the ring, and i think will be agressive, with an improvement in his defense. i think both guys got it in them to win, which makes it such a controversial fight. They are both great to watch fight. I have never seen a boring Pac or Cotto fight, ever.

I see it as pretty even between Manny's speed (he has good power, too), but Cotto is the stronger, harder puncher with ko power. Manny can wear Cotto down, but i don't think can ko him. Cotto can hurt manny bad if he can get those heavy shots in. I got it pretty even, with a slight edge to Miguel. He is, after all, a WW being challenged by a JWW.

He has more to lose than Manny. Miguel will get dissed for not being able to beat a JWW, and Manny will get full credit for beating a full WW (and a belt?) in yet another division. If Cotto wins, it will open new doors for him and he will fully enjoy his moment in the sun after all the turmoil he has fought through lately.

The good thing about Cotto, he's focus and taking the fight seriously by training early to prepare for the fight. However, Cotto needs to understand the importance of hiring a good trainer to help him set up the best regimen available to maximize his potential to bring out his A game.

yea.. right now i see the fight 50/50.. with a very very slight edge to pacman.. but if cotto can at least bring in a real trainer to at least advise then i'd gove the advantage to cotto... like most people im just glad we got 2 great fighters in the ring.. cant wait!
