i'll like to point out that he got hit with a punch to the left side of his head, not the chin, wasnt that the same shot that RJjr got from G.J? it was more of a punch over his left ear than the chin

Okay, someone was watching the same fight that I was watching, instead about talking about his suspect chin, why don't we talk about how an untested contender got rocked, and boxed his way back in the fight by sticking and moving, until he gots his legs and power back and then came back to punk a former champ into quitting like a little ho...That was a premature stoppage, the punk didn't want to fight anymore after getting ****** in the body...Corley didn't even get hit with a punch and took a new and gave to me what looked like a look of "**** ref I quit", so the ref stopped the fight, but I look forward to seeing corley get blasted out in a rematch...

the weight drain is alarming for cotto's ability to absorb a punch. if he does the "breakdance" from a light puncher like corley, he'll be put on his back from a tyzyu right hander.

dont get me wrong here guys, i was all for cotto winning the fight, i was rooting for him, i was a fan until this fight. but after this showing i was just dissapointed. i'm just saying, if cotto takes another step up in opponents hes gonna get knocked out. i'm not hatin on cotto or anything.

Sometimes I read this forum and I say to myself , my god some of these people dont know boxing or this forum has some idiots. How does a guy have no chin but has never been down? how does a guy have no chin but finishes the guy off? how does a guy have no chin but clearly is dominant?
see my conclusion here is some of you guys are like old ladies, looking to knock off anyone comming up. You never give props and when you do, its to your favorite fighter or someone with your likings.
There are so many fighter that I hate and wish they get knocked the **** out, but you see I give all fighters the props they deserve. They are human they feel pain, they breath and most important tehy put there life on the line every time they step into the ring.

The kid has a chin. He's taken some GOOD shots in his last few fights. but man, Cotto gets hit...A LOT. Its like he doesn't even see some punches coming. He can get countered like there's no tommorow cuz he ducks and reaches, those short arms ain't helping him one bit.

Mine isn't an opinion it's a fact, I've seen it slow motion TWO times. Maybe you should ask some other people who have seen the fight twice and know what they are talking about.

Well,I was there personally and I can say the crowd played a huge factor in Cotto's performance.The people were cheering so loud that made imposible to me hearing Michael Buffer and even the damn bell during the fight.He was overly aggressive not mention Chop was his first southpaw and got caught around the ear a similar shot that knock Roy Jones out cold wich don't mean they haven't a good chin.Hell even when Cotto was badly hurt Chop put some hard shot on his chin and didn't kd him may be another puch to the temple would've KD him.And yes the ref sucks big time and the fight was stop too early,even then Cotto's weight was to much for corley(Sosa case) and he wouldn't have survive in the next two rounds IMO.As far of zoo,gatti and Pretty boy ko Cotto out it might be possible with shots on the Temple then to the body because this guy does have chin just look the punches he took in the chin during his career and even last night when he was hurt.

He doesn't have a totally **** chin...but his chin is very mediocre...If he had a total glass jaw he would have been KO'd. On a grade scale his chin gets a C-
