Thats not true at all. Thats like when people say that Vargas was ruined by Oscar. Its not true. Neither Vargas or Joppy looked good after there fights with Tito. Joppy was a dead man walking when he got to Hopkins

Trinidad was caught using illegal wraps before the Hopkins fight. The Joppy fight was 4 months before that. Put two and two together.

He also beat Howard Eastman, Julio Cesar Green, Rito Ruvalcaba, Shinji Takehara and Jonathan Reid who was then undefeated.

Even after he was past prime he stopped Etienne Whittaker in one round, with one perfect right hand. He was a victim of Trinidad's loaded gloves, it has been established as a fact now. I believe he would accomplish even more if Hopkins hadn't been fighting, rather unfairly, in the mw division. He was however a three-time champion.

LOL...........................i almost thought it was a real joppy tribute.......

            illegal wraps??

How come the NY boxing commision never held a meeting or something about it??
If there was anything illegal you dont think he would of been suspended?

Because Hopkins and his trainer prevented him from using them by making him rewrap his hands! I thought everybody knew this.
