very overrated. a young powerful KO artist. people love those type of fighters till they get in the ring and get outboxed then people see all their flaws

He was pretty good, fast hands, good power. His defense was always lacking but he was pretty good with quite a lot of potential, not as good as some people made him out to be though.

They are all around the same age. If they were better at a younger age then so would Calzaghe right? He would have beaten them all the same but Hopkins would have given him more troubles, he would still beat Jones even a young Jones. Calzaghe may not have been the prettiest but he still wins them all and makes great fighters look less than great.

does age really matter when you are shot like jones jr? let's wait and see what top 10 p4p guys calzaghe is fighting at age 43 shall we? since age doesn't matter right he's gonna be able to beat 4 in a row like hopkins did

Watch how bad Jones schools Lacy on Sat night and then see how washed up you think he is. Calzaghe is retired so he won't be fighting anyone at 43

jones isn't washed up? i don't see how beating a bum in lacy(one of calzaghe's best wins btw) means he's not shot. remember when he tried to fight top fighters? tarver johnson and calzaghe? he's clearly washed up.

you said there is no difference between 43 and 35 but calzaghe won't even be fighting at 43 along with 99 percent of all fighters which proves my point. most people can't survive in a sport where people punch you(or in calzaghe's case try to but miss) and still fight effectively at 43.
