Hes fighting Cotto when Cotto isnt at his best which is a full 147 lbs, Hatton fought dumb, and was exposed by Floyd. He fought Oscar when Oscar wasnt at his best, he fought the worst lightweight champ there was at the time, nobody fights the best continually after going up that many weight classes.
