Looks like your poll is owning you, did you expect anything different. It will be a great win for Cotto and it will remove any excuses Mayweather has for not fighting him. Then we'll get to see how big of a ***** Mayweather really is.

I didn't beleive it until Floyd said it. That's how you know something is true, if it comes from Floyd's mouth.

Wait, I'm shocked at the percentage here. REALLY. I do not understand for the people who support or make an argument that it would be a great win if Cotto beats Pacquiao--how so? When a large portion of these people claim Oscar was weight drained, Ricky Hatton had no skills, David Diaz was the weakest--yet, voted that this would be a great win for Cotto.

I understand Cotto's stock would rise, but having it be a great win when Cotto's is the naturally bigger, stronger guy against Pacquiao? Please don't use "everybody saying Pacquiao beats Cotto" argument. I'm talking about boxing skills here--something that everybody has been making an argument against Pacquiao to discount his achievements.

Could somebody PLEASE explain this to me.

People wanna talk rematches and so forth, but how many rematches are you supposed to have when there's still guys out there you haven't fought? That's what I love about Boxing, fighting different styles and seeing how a fighter can adjust.

But, it's also a business. And for someone like Cotto who's fought for less money against risky fighters, I think he's earned the right to fight for a big payday.

Horus is trying to make a point that Floyd should earn respect if he beats Marquez. It has nothing to do with Cotto/Pac. He's using other people's logic to try and make people seem like hypocrites. It's actually clever, but it wreaks of agenda and it's almost comical how he's going about it.

I will say 1 thing though to Floyd's defense. His wins against DLH and Hatton mean more than Pacquiao's. That's a no brainer.

              Does it mean:
1.That Manny Pacquiao was the world's top junior welter but we found out against COTTO that he was no better than top ten at 147?

2.That he beat a fighter that didnt belong at Welterweight?

              3. That Cotto should have fought Berto, Mosley, or Williams instead of picking on Jr. WW's?

              4. If Cotto wanted to fight within the Welterweight limit than he should have fought a WELTERWEIGHT! and if he wanted to fight Pacman the fight should been at 140, a weight thats his Pacquiao weightclass.

              5. That it was a great win reguardless
It means Mayweather will not fight Cotto at all means.

Damn misunderstood the poll (its early on a monday give me a break!)

This is a mediocre win for Cotto at best. If he doesn't KTFO the smaller man, he's a joke of a "big" WW. Hard place for Cotto to be in as its kind of a lose/lose situation...except for his wallet.

at best it is a mediocre win..

Delete serioulsy...stfu up already...u keep repeating urself when people have ALREADY posted BoxingScenes own article where its 110% proven that PACQUIAO ORDERED THE FIGHT SINCE HE WAS AT THE COTTO/CLOTTEY FIGHT.

PACQUIAO wants to fight for a 7th weight class belt...So he made the choice to move up to the WW limits u ******..how is fighting Cotto at 140 gonna help him do this??? it wont u ****tard.Damn im new here and i can tell ur an idiot and annoy alot of people on here. More reason this forum needs Mods...And u keep saying its not pacs class and he wont be at his best..well guess what sherlock..Cotto has to be 145 or less..which isnt his weight class either so he wont be at his best...according to u and ur dumbass logic.
