I'll bet 100 K to your 50 K that Vitali will NOT pull out.

Pretty much no chance. Vitali is way too tough to be beaten by Arreola. You gotta be a great boxer to beat Vitali, and Arreola isn't one of those.

Something tells me Arreola has a bigger heart than Vitali and he may even be tougher too.

That being said I give Arreola a 10-20% chance of winning.

Absolutely, I'm sure Chris would've hung in there with Lennox Lewis with half his face hanging off. And you can definitely tell that by all the brutal fights against the world's best, that he's been in.

What chance does Chris have? Depends what shape he comes into the ring in. And whether he can catch Vitali early with something or not.

Vitali has fought more rounds his last two fights that Chris in his last 7. And the reason Chris is undefeated is 100% the competition he has faced. Im sorry, but when your best win is against a guy who originally refused the fight stating that they were retired and too fat...you know youve faced some lousy competition. Also this Vitali slowing down thing is so unfounded its not even funny. People cite the fact that he didn't look too great against Gomez. He was never in any trouble, he spent a few rounds knocking the rust off and getting his timing back against a fighter who would take any HW time to figure out (a southpaw former cruiser with good defense is going to annoy most HW's of any era...oh and a guy who had won 45 fights and lost 1.) Vitali did not want to knock Gomez out early, he wasn't going for that. He just fought his fight, was patient and picked his spots. Just look at how he treated the 9th round. He literally hits Gomez and turns to the ref to see if he'll stop it, then Vitali hits Gomez again and again turns to the ref as if to say, "Stop this I don't want to hurt anyone." Vitali might be slower, but Ive seen nothing to suggest that.

How can you say you wouldn't be surprised to see Vitali get knocked down. Thats like saying you wouldn't be surprised in seeing a 19-0 season this year from an NFL team. Its never happened, so I would think itd be a little bit surprising. Also the idea that Vitali would enter a fight unprepared or unfocused like Tyson did against Douglas is laughable. Vitali is always prepared and focused.

Only chance Vitali loses is if he trips and tears his ACL on the way to the ring.
It was Raphael Butler that Vit injured his knee against in sparring. Walker put Klit down with a body shot.
Iwas just stating that it is possible for Klit to overlook Cris, or have the Haye situation running through his head and lose focus on this fight.

And if Vit tripped on his way to the ring and injured his ACL, there would be no fight, so he would not lose.

One of the rare times I agree with you. Vitali is superior in every category when you break it down. Vitali is the best heavyweight in the world right now. And he's doing amazing things at his age. See how I actually do like white fighters, Jeffries?

Second option. I don't think Arreola has anything special to overcome Vitali, unless the latter ages significantly overnight.

We'll only know on fight night. This one feels kinda up in the air right now, especially considering that fatboy might come in at 280 or something.
