    Here we go again.....
B4 Floyd retired I woulda said NO CHANCE IN HELL Cotto beats Floyd but Floyd will be nearly two years removed from pro boxing the next time he steps into the ring. We really need to see if the skilset is still there or if he has lost some. People bringing up Cotto's wins against Clottey and Mosley as indicators that he can beat Floyd really doesn't fly because they were both extremely close fights with plenty of people saying Cotto actually lost those fights.Yall need to stop with making Cotto seem like some indestructible Terminator-like machine. Comments like he will destroy Floyd's body etc make Cotto out to be some legendary human-recking ball body puncher.Yeah he looks that way against stiffs like a Jennings, Gomez, Branco (??? Guy he punched in the shoulder and he quit) Anytime he fights a quality fighter his body punching doesn't seem overly impressive. I am actually rooting for Cotto (money will prob be on Pac) because this is the fight I would rather see. I have already made comments on Castillo-May 1 so I'll save that for another time.

Naw, i gave all that stuff up long ago. But now that i look at it more thinking about what the 1st guy said, in this pic, Cotto let his hair grow out a little and looks like a bit on his chin as well, making him kinda resemble Cheato, I guess i just got defensive about it, but yea, i do see it. Still a great pic.

And that old ad style poster of the Cotto-Pac fight is killer.

Cottos style works well with boxers. I feel that Floyd isnt active enough to actually put up a real good fight ending in a Miguel Cotto win.

Shane was the toughest WW out there and Cotto beat him
Shane is also the oldest welterweight out there. I think he is starting to get overrated because he beat Margarito. Margarito was just too one demensional and tailor made for Mosley. Believe it, Shane is past his prime.

I voted yes. Jennings could not dance around Cotto because of the lunge.

Floyd's heart has not been in the game for a long time. He is talented as hell, but Cotto will land on him as he is much more crafty than anyone gives him credit for.

I see this fight going two ways. I can see Cotto getting to Floyd early and making Floyd wary and then beating him by decision.

I can also see Floyd taking advantage of Cotto's scar tissue and possibly stopping him on cuts or himself cruising to a decision.

If Cotto's scar tissue holds up, Floyd will be in a real fight. I say this because I don't think Floyd has the legs that he used to. He now fights very economically.

The only stoppage I see possible, is Cotto getting stopped on cuts. Cotto will not stop Floyd as his D is just too good.

Cotto has the best chance out of the 147lb'ers for me
                  Floyd would win, though.

I agree, I thought he was talking about Tyson or something..

The fight will be boring, Maywater running around and Cotto chasing him,
****ing he's body. It's the same reason Roach didn't want it for Pacboy.

At least Pacboy stick's his chin out there to get checked.
