ive seen gatti throw 3-4 punch combinations & knock people out with 3-4 punch combinations.

Ive never seen ricky hatton do that.

    Arturo Gatti>Ricky Hatton.

Only reason Hatton has a great looking record is he was a protected crown ***el fighter of the best boxing protector promoter frank warren.

Gatti would KHTFO if they ever fought prime vs prime at 140.

Hatton, and it's not even close. There is a big difference between losing to Mayweather and Pacquiao rather than Ivan Robinson and Angel Manfredy. Hatton's win over Tszyu easily beats Gatti's best win.

I've never understood why Hatton gets so little respect from some people. They talk about him like he's an average fighter and he is far from that. And I agree that Hatton is much betted than Gatti has ever been.

I think Gatti could be more versatile but Hatton was just a stronger guy

Hatton probably but I always enjoyed a Gatti fight more.

Hatton is both the better fighter and beat the better fighters. Gatti will always be a more exciting fighter and id prefer to watch Gatti over Hatton.

                      Hatton's resume:
Beat: Tszyu, Castillo, Maussa, Malignaggi, Lazcano, Collazo, Urango, Tackie, Philips
                      Lost: Mayweather, Pacquiao

                      Gatti's resume:
Beat: Patterson x2, Ruelas, Ward x2, Leija, Branco
Lost: Mayweather, Oscar DLH, Manfredy, Robinson x2, Ward, Gomez, Baldomir

As exciting as Gatti was he didn't achieve what Hatton did, both two division champions but Hatton "beat" Collazo to get the WW championship and Tsyzu for the LWW championship as well as partialy unifying. Gatti beat Patterson for the LW title and Branco for the vacant WBC title.

Gatti also lost to the worse fighters Hatton lost to the two best P4P fighters in the world Gatti also lost to two P4Pers in the sport but he also lost to Manfredy, Robinson x2 and Ward. We'll dismiss his later losses as he was shot.
