So if finishing unbeaten over 2 weight classes is so huge, you must have REALLY been tooting Mayweather's horn when he retired last summer, finishing unbeaten in FIVE weight classes.
Mayweather is obviously an all time great fighter. Of course it was just as obvious that his retirement was a hoax.

Yes, because you've always had wonderful things to say about Mayweather. Hypocrite. Calzaghe is Mayweather light, and I mean no calories light.

I don't like Mayweather (or his fans), but I've never doubted his tremendous skills. You however are a narrow minded Xenophobe who only recognizes American fighters. The fact that you don't acknowledge Calzaghe's win over Kessler As significant proves that. Kessler is still rated by everyone as the best at 168 and the favorite to win the Showtime tournament.

Hatton and Calzaghe ended their careers accomplishing very little, and Haye will end his accomplishing even less.
Say what you want about Haye but he doesn't hide in the UK, his fight with Mormeck for the cruiserweight championship was in Paris France, his fight with Valuev is going to be in Germany and Haye had a fight early in his career in America.

Is everyone that disses Haye new to boxing?

Or do they hide from the fact that he was the undisputed champion of the cruiserweight division.

Which he gave up to come and fight the Klits.

What also makes me laugh is people who say Calzaghe only fought past prime fighters like Hopkins. Hang on...

....The same Hopkins that outclassed Pavlik?

Damn! I thought he was an old man!
