Are you disappointed in David Haye?

As a fan of Hayes I am very disappointed that he is taking on Valuev. I know he is young and this would be a major step up, but the same goes with Chris Arreola and Chambers and that didn't deter them from taking on the Klits. Everywhere you look in the sport you see the best fighting the best. Yet, Haye decided to get in the ring with an unknown (and ****ty) boxer named Valuev. It's just really irritating to see this happen because the sport is trying to get away from these "tuneups" or pointless fights. Besides, you wont get any recognition on the big stage when you beat this circus act. Great fighters take great risks David.

I'd rather have him fight 5 top HW contenders before going after the Klits.

So much garbage in one paragraph.

Valuev is neither unknown nor '****ty'. The fight is neither 'pointless' nor a 'tuneup'. And Haye will recieve plenty of recognition if he beats (50-1) Valuev. Sufficient, indeed to fight one of the Klitschkos for a share of the purse that is something other than taking the piss.

        Smart move by Haye.

You probably think Rulsan Chageav is good too. Honestly, if you are one of the faces in the division there is only two guys you should be facing and thats the Klits, especially given the chance. Everyone else in the division is poor unless they prove it in the ring versus the Klitchkos. If David iced one of the Klitchkos he could be a face of the sport but instead hes fighting something called Valuev. This fight isn't going to help him if he wants to become a star. Its only a smart move if you're looking out for Davids wallet.

He is the heavyweight floyd mayweather. He claims he is the best and does nothing but talk **** saying no one can beat him but then he ducks all the best fighters in his divison. He talks all that **** then doesnt back it up, he backs out instead. He is pathetic.

Kinda disappointed because i really wanted to see him in there with the Klits especially Wlad because the fight was built up nicely, Not really disappointed that the Vitali falls through to be honest, Nothing wrong with the Valuev fight imo since a lot of the Klits clan wanted him to prove himself by fighting a contender or beltholder...He's doing that with Valuev so thats fine.

And where did he claimed to be the best???? I have never seen any article to suggest what you're saying is true but if you can post any of his interviews where he said that then it would be nice.

Have heard him say he wanted to fight the best though and he clear called Wlad the best or the man at the top like Haye put it.

He said he was gonna knock out Wlad in the 1st round then knock out Vitali, they are the 2 best fighters in the division and he said he was gonna KO both so he obviously thinks he is the best, but hes just a chump.
