That's true. Chavez practically retired Jose Luis Ramirez, and others like Taylor, Rosario, Laporte and even Mayweather Sr. were never the same again.

theres alot of truth to that statement, because it's the reality

no disrespect to B-Hop, but B-Hop wins fights. Chavez doesn't only just win the fight, he retires his opponents

i bet chavez has pureblood aztec in him, those guys were true conquerers ,aztec empire was the fastest growing empire in the history of mankind..until cortez's conquistadors punked them

lol Cortez's people got slaughtered by the aztecs
Cortez's diseases killed more than half the
        Aztec population, but yeah
he gets credit as a conqueror.

Aztecs had never been in contact with chikenpox
        until the spaniards

                i doubt it
did you ever see the fight with Ike Quartey?
He pulled out the most amazing 12th round to win that fight, that is heart
and he had a lot more power than Chavez did.
As regards the tito fight he thought he had the fight in the bag and ran, he made a mistake.

I know Barerra called Morales a ****** Indian before their fight, but I don't understand the ethnical and cultural differences to be able to piece it together. Thanks

                    sure, thats 1 fight

chavez has done that in like all of his fights, as far as dlh having more power, Chavez never punched as hard as he could unless he knew he was being truly threatened.

in the later rounds vs taylor in particular, he started throwing his rights full strength, could see his hips getting extra motion and all, BAM, HARD shots, super middleweight shots..

DLH will always be considered a good fighter in my book, but to be great you have to have heart.

The Aztecs inhabited the central part of Mexico, what we know today as Mexico City. They also ruled over all the neighbouring towns. They were primarily a warrior state. Contrary to popular belief, the Ateec empire's prime only lasted for about 150 years, from somewhere between 1350 - 1400 to 1521.

The Mayans lived in Southeast Mexico and Central America. They were the most important pre-hispanic culture in Latin America. More than warriors, they were scientists. There are many groups within the Mayan ethnicity and that's why you can find vestiges of their culture all over Mexico and Central America. Their prime was between 900 and 1400 aD.

In Mexico, to be called indian is considered an insult, an insult whose roots come from the colonial times, when being a pure blood indian was the worst thing that could possibly happen to you.
