Hopkins - Entering the much latter years of his career, but has been performing like a "hot prospect". His close Loss to Slappy proved that he can still mix it up against a very un-orthodox fighter. Dominating wins over Pavlik and Tarver impressed me.....his Losses against Taylor were understandable as Taylor (back then) was the "next big thing".

Marquez - You have to give it up to Marquez. Pacquiao was the best thing to happen to Marquez. If you put Pac on the ATG list...Marquez goes right behind him....their 2 fights alone are instant "classics"....Marquez has consistenly taken on younger (cept Casamayor), fresher competition and has dominated them in devestating fashioin (cept CJ). Battles against Barerra, and being ducked by other top fighters (Prince Nasim) goes to show that he is great.
Sorry, but Hopkins doesnt sit well with me. His 10 years as a champ is a fantastic achievement, but his resume on that is hardly glowing, and I dont think that his 2 losses to JT are good looks. Taylor is nowhere near as good as the earlier hype surrounding him would suggest.

I aint ****ting on the guy,he is after all a magnificent boxer, but there are many more people ahead of him.

Jesus you Cotto dudes never stfu about your crying. Dude still has that loss, quit crying.

DLH lost to that guy in his prime. Big difference. Cotto wouldn't touch Mosley's jock if Mosley was in his prime.
I think Cotto could handle himself just fine and UD Prime Mosley. Timing kills speed, remember that.

His legacy fight with Margarito....he lost.
          Mosley - Big Fight
          Judah - Big Fight
          Clottey - Big Fight
Quintana - Big Fight (Not big worldwide but among Puerto Ricans it was big)

Cotto is still young so you can't compare his resume right now to a guy like De La Hoya. you better believe he still has at least 5-6 big legacy fights left.

An Old Chavez, An Old Whitaker(even though DLH fought him in his 25th fight), Quartey, Vargas are bigger wins than any of those.

Oh you and your ***** ass double standard. You get all happy pants with the Mosley victory knowing he's out of his prime but you discredit the Chavez, Whitaker win. It doesn't matter DLH fought Whitaker the #1 P4P at the time right, in his 25th fight??

Also you discredit his wins vs Chavez & Vargas WHICH WAS A BIG DEAL TO MEXICANS...but yet you praise a Quintana win.

            GTFO ******!! Typical Cottotard.

Mosley that Cotto face >>>>>>>>>>>>> Chavez (2nd fight) and Whitaker De La Hoya faced. That Whitaker was ****ing old (but still undeafeated in my book) and still gave De La Hoya a hell of a fight, the second Chavez fight? Man that chavez was crap. Clottey is harder opponent than the second Chavez fight.

Calm down Chicanita no need to get all emotional.

#1 ATG/ GOAT = "Sugar" Ray Robinson......took on all comers.....fought anyone and everyone....didn't care at what weight (fought at 135lbs up to 165lbs). Yes he has Losses....but at least his greatness is not questioned.

#2 ATG/ GOAT = Muhammed Ali / Cassius Clay....Reminds me of a Floyd Jr....not style wise, but his persona. Difference is, he fought anyone who challenged him, and he fought anyone willing to fight him after calling them out. Again...yes he has Losses....but greatness is no questioned.

#3 ATG/ GOAT = Rocky Marciano...Probably the only one who had an undefeated record and an ATG. He was a heavyweight who was regulary outweighed by his opponents by 5-15lbs. 49-0 (43 kos)!!!!! Come one now...you can't question that.

                  #4 ATG/ GOAT = Joe Louis....nuff' said...

#5 ATG/ GOAT = Julio Ceasar Chavez Sr......yes he fought ALOT of B/C class fighters early in his career, but who didn't? What matters is he fought everyone who challenged him, performed to the best of his abilities, left it all in the ring every fight, and was loved by his people. Never ducked anyone, never complained about "who was a draw", "not getting paid enough", etc...

Those are my top 5 fighters EVER.....if you would like to discuss or post your opinions....please do so.

                  here's pacquiao:

                  Jmm-BEAT MANNY TWICE
Diaz-GIFT DECISION against a shot morales who cares if manny beat him?
                  delahoya-HAHAHA
                  hatton-DRAINED PAST PRIME

lol owned? The last time you owned someone was during Oscar De La Hoya nuthugging camp. You just can't have a normal discussion you don't even debate opinions.
