IMO it depends in the manner of winning.. if he KO mayweather like pacman Ko'ed hatton, marquez might outshine manny.. but a boring decision wouldnt.

Well their last fight was razor thin and KOing Diaz, Casamayor and beating Floyd would easily be better than Diaz, Hatton and the SHELL of DLH. So yes, Marquez P4P 1 if he beats Floyd for sure.
