Roach should demand that there be a limit on how much Cotto can weigh on fight night.

I mean... he's sparring with up and coming 160ers.. of course he won't spar with the likes of pavlik or williams.. becuz why would any of them would when they're above that?..am I right?.. and there's footage of manny sparring everywhere, especially in this forum... check youtubeIs this a joke or something? You really think he is the only guy that does that? All fighters do that. The thing is though, the higher in weight they go, the lesser quality of the opponent they will face. Meaning, let me know when Pac is toying with a MW of any kind of significance. Then I will find that amazing.Comment

why, pac's team has already gotten everything else in their favor. they controlled how much he weighs coming into the fight, thats enough as far as im concerned, if pac and his peeps are so worried about how much he weighs, they should'nt have taken the fight..............I think this is more important than the 145lbs catchweight. Miguel weighed in at 146 in his last fight, one more pound is nothing. More significant is the amount of weight he'll put on by the time he enters the ring. I remember one of the sanctioning bodies doing this in the past; only allowing a fighter to gain a certain percentage of the weigh-in weight. It should be implemented in the Pacquiao vs Cotto fight.
co-sign.................... and i'm a pacquiao fan.
although, i would very much like to see cotto win this fight, mainly because he's the underdog........... i'm a fan of both fighters.Comment

Every boxer weights 8-10 pounds over the limit fight niht, if Pacquiao is so small he should stay at 140 0r 135 simple as that.
he was weight in 144-147 at 130 pounds, I guess you didnt complain about thatComment

How the hell is he going to control that by draining himself even more after the weigh in, you're ******ed.I think this is more important than the 145lbs catchweight. If Pac wants to face Cotto then he has to accept that Cotto is the bigger man if he wants to bring him down to his size then maybe he should fight someone else.Comment
