        true you have a point.. but pacquiao did the same thing when he fought at 130 and lower.. he would weigh in at 130, and fight night he would weigh 147..

                heavyweights are always fighting guys 20-100 lbs above. the pound for pound champion should have the balls to face someone 20 lbs above.
