If it wasn't for the low blows, would Tito have still beaten El Feroz Vargas?

I know this is an old topic, but it is one of my favorite fights of all time. I think it was disgusting what Tito did to save himself in that round. I believe that Vargas could have knocked him down or possibly out if it wasnt for Tito's cowardness. Your thoughts?

Vargas got up an managed to drop Tito and tito looked very hurt.. I think that if it wasn't for the low blows that allowed Tito time to recover, Vargas would have prob. won the fight.

I think Vargas wouldve won and probably had a better career somewhat....i still dont see how tito wasnt DQ'd for thowing those 4 low blows...he got 1 point deducted...1 point for 4 low blows..BS!....ive seen fights stopped due to 2 or 3 ..

Nah you can make as many threads as you want about these classic fights, but cryin about the outcome of a classic fight is ******. It is done, in the books, and cannot be changed. Just like how Cotto loosing to Marg can't be changed....well unless he confesses....
