Its the only thing that makes this fight interesting, Since when does Pavlik win fights with his speed and skill anyway? So both guys have a way to win we just have to see if PW's chin holds up, if it does I think we have a new MW champ.

That highlight doesn't show any of the shots Winky did land against Williams, especially in I think the 2nd round? I know it was earlier, not sure of the exact round though, if that was a Pavlik punch the fight was over. Also, Winky is completely different than Pavlik, which Williams is weak to and that's getting hit. Williams throws combo's, however, he is definitely open to be hit because he lacks hardly any defense. I'm sure, even if he doesn't get KO'd, but a solid punch from Pavlik will keep him from throwing 100 punches a round and may allow Pavlik to get in the driver seat later in the fight. Also, Williams doesn't have the best footwork, he throws like mad but he tends to just stand in front of you, Hopkins destroyed Pavlik because of his footwork. Constantly moving away from that right hand, if Hopkins was respecting Pavliks right that much Williams should really watch it.

As stated earlier, Williams chin is not tested at 160. Winky's great, but power is definitely not the first thing that comes to mind when I think Winky Wright. If, however, Williams can take Pavliks power and/or keep throwing and just overwhelm Pavlik with punches, he has a great shot at winning. Pavlik doesn't have the best defense in the world which I feel makes this fight pretty even, but I'm giving Pavlik the edge, I just think Williams is too open and Pavlik has one punch power and pretty solid accuracy with it as well.

Pavlik will be the favorite. He will redeem himself after the Hopkins fight. P-Will is no Hopkins and gets hit just as much as Pavlik does. Hopkins and P-Williams are do different to compared to each other. Hopkins is slick and cagey while P-will is not.

Kelly is too slow...Hopkins handspeed made Kelly look confused...and Williams is faster then Hopkins.

I don't think Hopkins speed had as much to do with his domination as his angles. He kept Pavlik turning and would just beat him to the punch.

Pav-PWill is 50/50 in my opinion. This will be a close fight. Both have excellent work rates, but the deciding factor will be how well Paul can absorb the shots of a real puncher at 160. If he can take them, he's right in it. If he can't.......don't look for the type of performance Hopkins put on. Williams will be right in front of Kelley the whole time. This is going to be a battle of attrition.

True. I think Williams is a better boxer overall. Amazing stamina, non-stop punching, weird angles. He is very good. But to say it's an easy win is a little ridiculous.

Pavlik throws a lot of punches too, and he has tremendous power in his right hand. If Williams can't stay out of the way of Pav's right hand, it could be a long night for him (or maybe a very short one).

I think this can be a very good fight. I like both fighters a lot and I can't wait!

I think this fight could be amazing. As many have said already, I think it comes down to how Williams can take Pavliks best shots. If he takes them well, on sheer punch output alone, Paul has a great shot at winning. As far as Pavlik having no chance, c'mon now.
