That is kinda the angle I was thinking.
What happens to the hype machine if he loses?

It sucks cause according to the posters here Cotto has nothing to gain but money
If he wins well he was the bigger man so he was suppose to win
if he loses he lost to a little man

Cotto isnt that big of a welter
he is the same size as Floyd

Well I hope Cotto Brutally Ko's Pac

You should think before you type Cotto is a huge underdog dude. The Odds, fans and media no one think he will win but they are wrong Cotto will shock the world and beat Pacquiao by KO!

Cotto, though if Pac loses i still see him getting a lot of stick for it despite being the 140 pounder.

i dunno.. i think either man would still be ok after a loss... pac would still try to set up a fifght with Floyd, it would still generate alot of money, but thats the leverage floyd needs to get more money out of the fight.. thats what he's hoping for.. floyd will duck cotto again.. because "he's a no name, doesnt have a fanbase, and doesnt make money if he fights in vegas" lame..

Cotto losing would be a major set back but he still has options too.. another fight with margs would be great everyone would watch that for the speculation from their first fight.. or he could try to take the SSM route.. either of those fights would bring him back to bieng a great fighter if he can pull off those wins.

If Pacman losses, the whole of the Philippines will commit mass suicide.

Cotto's lost to a midget will be the last straw and will seal the notion that he's a certified damaged fighter.
