Rivera who was a top 10 JrMW at the time he fought Vargas. Oh yea, after he lost to DLH he went on to beat Castillejo who is a solid fighter. If Vargas was ruined then so is Cotto right now.

If Bernard didn't land that body shot I'm pretty sure Oscar would of lasted more. ALSO lets not forget, he didn't school Oscar like he did to Tito. That was total domination.
