An autopsy determines what was the cause of death, there's no may be, unless a body is too decomposed. Which in this case, it wasn't.

All the reports said he was found laying on the bed, now they're trying to claim he was suspended and hanging and may have committed suicide.

In a country like Brazil, you can buy your way out of almost any problem with that type of money and assets Gatti attained. She might be getting a piece of it, if she is found innocent.
