It's good to see Cotto stand up for himself. If Pac and Roach want's a welter belt they should fight at the welter limit. They are overestimating their position thinking they can start making DLH like demands. If they continiue with this they will soon have exhausted their options for big fights, only having Mosley left.

i think cotto is damaged goods and a little shot after all the wars hes had, hes faced nothing but the best out there , judah,corley,mosley ,margarito,quintana,clottey all of which are deadlier guys than anyone pac has faced,that said they are underestimating cotto he hasnt looked good latley but he has the power and skill and just enough left to embarass pac, because if he catches pac flush pac is outta there, no way pac takes those shots.so far cotto hasnt lost to anyone pacs size only to much bigger stronger dudes, so if i were a pacfan i wouldnt be too sure, cotto has faced and destroyed guys just as fast as pac and pacs chin is still untested above 140lbs

brah the only fights there that anyone would care about is mosley ,jmm, or floyd.and we all know theres no way in hell pacs facing mosley or jmm , hes ducked them relentlessly hard! you cant deny that.only other fight pacx would take is floyd but again both dudes think they are the greatest thing to ever happen to boxing,.that said all those matchups you mentioned are good fights but hardly what team pac wants which is high reward low risk fights.

i hope that cotto put a stipution in his new deal that if this fight does'nt happen then the contract is void. then he can move on because bob is no good. i see right through him.as a promoter you have to give both of your own fighters what they want and not go behind any sides back.

given team pacs choice of opponents latley you cant honestley say theyd ever really consider fighting someone as dangerous as berto, williams, even valero and mosley come on brah,i know you think im a hater and i do certainley hate what team pac does which is picking the guys they feel theyll beat as opposed to the best guys .you cant say pac vs bradley would be a better fight than pac vs mosley or jmm come on bra be honest.

Normally i would consider my self more of a Pacquiao fan than a Cotto fan but in this case i think Cotto is absolutly right and just in his actions. It just seems very simple to me. IF YOU ARENT FIGHTING AT WELTERWEIGHT, WHY WOULD THE WELTERWEIGHT TITLE BE ON THE LINE?????? The WBO is blackmailing Cotto unjustly so that they can have more publicity by having their title up for grabs in this mega fight. If it were anyone else but Manny or some other big star, the WBO wouldnt go for it. He shouldnt get special treatment and I'm a little surpreised that Pacquiao is pushing for it the way he is given his humble and fair persona. Its good of cotto to to not place so much value on these ****** alphabet belts and to stand up to the commisions. One more note. I would love to see Manny pull a Henry Armstrong, but i want to see him do it the way Henry did. FAIRLY!!!! If the De La Hoya fight wasn't a fluke and Pacquiao could beat him at 147 then do it for Cotto. Then if he loses, he can say that Cotto was just to big and he would still be #1 pfp. But if he wins, which i think he could do, He would only further cement his position at number one.
