Hopkins and Taylor didn't make Pavlik defend his MW belts against them when those fights were fought at catchweights, so Pac can fuck off with this ****.

What's he demanding next - to choose the colour of Cotto's trunks and his entrance music?

There is a difference. Not that I want to fuel the Pachuggers fire, but it's the welterweight LIMIT. Just like the middleweight LIMIT. Fighters can always come in under the limit, just not over.

Is it even legal to fight for a belt over the weight LIMIT? Anyone?

At least Mayweather fought for his PaperTitles against Champions without a catchweight, and with the exception of Hatton, Floyd challenged them at their weight not his. Too bad Manny Doesnt have the balls that Mayweather did. PacMan is a great fighter but all this nonsense of Catchweights for Championship Belts is really making him look like a Punk. Grow a pair Roach and Manny!!!
Yeah, you're right Mayweather fought the welters at the welter limit and also fought DLH at his natural weight 154.

It's the principle of the thing. Roach and Co. have been a bunch of whiny bitches so I'm glad Cotto is holding his ground.

Roach and Pac should know, "You can't have your cake and eat it too", as cliche as it may be.

That's not the point, Pacquiao can't have it all. Cotto will continue to fight and generate millions of dollars regardless if he fight with Pacquiao or not... The kid is already a millionaire anyways...

you obviously don't play competitive sports, 2lbs is allot at an elite level. pac signed a contract that he's not honoring. Cotto doesn't need the money.
