If Manny wants to fight Miguel Cotto for the WBO WELTERWEIGHT Title then it's a welterweight fight and it should be fought at the welterweight limit of 147lbs, it's been that way forever who is Manny to change it. Hes a wonderful fighter and he smashed the weight drained DLH and dumb Hatton (Who I both thought would beat Manny, duhhhhh lol)but his negotiations in the last 2 fights have stunk. Stick to your guns Miguel, it's the welterweight title not the whatever Manny fancies title.
