I guess so. I think the bad sales will be more on JMM though. He's not a draw like they make him out to be. Remember when he was on PPV vs. Casamayor? That **** was a joke.Right.
And we will see how much of a draw Floyd truly is when he fights Marquez.
I don't think the PPV sales and gate will be anywhere near what people expect it to be. Especially with UFC 103 falling on that same Saturday.
The UFC is one a tear right now with PPV sales.
I think in terms of draws in the sport right now, in America at least, it goes like this:
Pacquiao
Mayweather
Cotto
I don't even think JMM is top 10. So basically we're comparing the sales of the #1 draw and #3 draw against #2 and maybe #10, and that's being generous.Comment

Roach and Pac are 2 big ass clowns... Ive been saying this over and over, Peaple say the titles dont mean **** but theyll turn around and say. "WOW Pac is a GOD. He has another Title in a diffrent weight class"... Roach is saying the same thing. 147 or No Belt! Stick to it Cotto!Comment

can't have one camp call all the shots. stand your ground team CottoThe tug of war is still going for the WBO welterweight title. Miguel Cotto refuses to make it a title fight when he steps in the ring against Manny Pacquiao on November 14 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Pacquiao wants the title to be on the line. The fight is scheduled to take place at a catch-weight of 145-pounds and Cotto refuses to defend the title unless Pacquiao agrees to face him at the full welterweight limit of 147. He says Pacquiao can have the title or the catch-weight but he can't have both. [details]Comment

So Champ you as a boxing fan would honestly rather have this fight fall through over 2 pounds and a trinket...Then to have Cotto just put the damn thing up and we have a great fight on the way?
I don't see how Pac and Cotto fans win by missing out on a great fight...over 2 ****** pounds or a WBO strap.Comment
