Yeah but welterweight limit is 147, you can still fight for the WW belt at 145. It's inside the WW limit, so it is a WW fight.

True. However, the fighter has the right to come in at the 147 limit if the belt was kaboshed for being on the line at the catchweight. The champ gets some leeway here.
