Its a welterweight title, if u want it so bad fite at that limit pacman. The tug of war is still going for the WBO welterweight title. Miguel Cotto refuses to make it a title fight when he steps in the ring against Manny Pacquiao on November 14 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Pacquiao wants the title to be on the line. This guy has no character and no integrity
Less than a week ago he personally wrote in the column that there would be no title because the fight was at 145lbs.He appeared very respectful to Cotto and Arum.

Last week his team send someone to Arum to tell him they were happy with everything,to turn around and say they havent looked at the contract is being disrespectful to Cotto and the boxing community.This now explains why the guy didnt even want to go to the journalists award,snubbing the very people who publicise him.

This is a pattern which team Pacquiao has shown and this shows the rotten values pacquiao represents.Every negotiation with Pacquiao is really messy,time consuming and frustrating.Pacquiao doesnt even know how to honour his word and I'm not surprised he wants to run for some political office.

You guys remember how long it took for Pacquiao to sign the Hatton fight,DelaHoya and also the contractual problems he had with Arum after he had been shown $1m in cash by GBP.

Great thing is Cotto is intelligent and he is not a push over.Eventually the fight will be on and cant wait to see some broken ribs.

if they want this fight to be for the title, they should do it at 147, like cotto said before, 145 is not a weight division. Manny and Roach just want to get that seventh division title for them. I agree with cotto totally.

Cotto agreed on a fight with Manny at 145. Manny wannted Cotto to come to him at 140. Cotto said no. Cotto wanted Manny to come to 147 LIMIT Pac said no...OK lets meet in the Middle! YES and YES! Both agreed. Shouldnt be a problem unless Cotto knows he will lose this fight. If he were confident in his self nothing would stop him from taking on or out the best P4P fighter in the world.
