    I totally agree! Not all but 95% of the time when a bodybuilder shows up on the job he is all show & no substance.he's usually weaker then the other guys,first one cry in the heat or cold,misses more time than the drunks & crackheads & has more excuses why they can't do something & lastly they seem to be able to lift heavy weights in the gym but they are the first one to get hurt.oh my back,my arms,my legs,etc.we call them glitterboys.they are like little school girls! They get exposed pretty fast in my kind of work.even the women on site think they are all show & no substance.in my line if work if you got energy to go to the gym after work,you didn't work hard enough during the day.

      You're making very good points and I appreciate that. Big muscles need lot of oxygen and in the gym you don't learn how to USE your strength nor how to use it without breaking your back etc.
