is this a ****in joke. haha. I stand by what I said, I dont think JMM wouldve beat DDiaz the same way Manny did, in a dominating fashion, not losing a round. I never said DDiaz would beat JMM.

This **** actually made a poll about this.

      original post.

And what does getting hobbled have to do with anything? It shows the vulnerability of a boxer. JMM made the fights more exciting when he came back in his fights, but Manny won much more convincingly. When was the last time Manny buckled, not in his recent fights against bigger fighters.

Marquez is a strong counter puncher and would not have attacked teh same as Manny did to ODLH. Manny was sneaking in punches between ODLH's gaurd and rolling out as he does. That isnt Marquez' style, as he wouldve just waited ODLH to come to him and defend with counter punches. Manny also took away Oscars left hook by turning him and rolling out. Marquez Likes to sit in and counter which would leave him susceptible to Oscars hook and jab. We've seen JMM buckle and get KD'd when he plays he gets caught countering. If JMM has a good night the match would likely end in a decision.

JMM isnt Manny so stop pretending that he is.

After dissecting a little piece of my post, This is how he took it, got happy, and made a poll about it.

Once again ; you're bringing in styles when I mentioned nothing about style.

I simply asked if you thought Marquez could take Diaz, Hatton, and Oscar.

You said no, and then proceeded to turn it into a debate about Marquez not being able to stop Diaz in Manny's style.

Like I said, it has nothing to do with style because Marquez would KO Diaz's ass within 9, just like Manny did, no matter what style he fought him in.

I mentioned styles cuz I could. I said JMM wouldnt take out those 3 in teh same way, cuz it's not his STYLE. Manny didnt lose 1 round to them, and I even explained why going against ODLH. but you made a poll about me mentioned D Diaz? hahahaha

I didnt know there were rules of arguing with you.

But the end result would be the same ; stoppage inside of 9 rounds.

That's what I said in the other thread.
Yeah that was an ass beating of a lifetime tho, no wonder he hasn't fought since then.

              Okay. This part. The bolded?

That wasn't even a part of the question I asked you.

I asked you if you thought Marquez would beat Diaz, and you said no.

Then you said "not in the same style".

I never asked you anything about anybody's style, or who would win what rounds.

And technically ; Marquez would beat him in the same style ; not losing a single round and scoring a TKO.

Whether he'd fight him toe to toe is irrelevant to the original question.

I still dont think JMM wouldve beat DDiaz the same way. The last 3 fights of Manny were beatdowns. Id like to give credit to Manny for winning in such a way but I know alot of people like to think otherwise and diss his opponents. To make it clear, I think JMM would beat DDiaz. I wouldnt confuse that. Debatable if he'd beat Hatton and ODLH.

Seriously, David Diaz was the weakest title holder at the time. He got badly beaten by Holt and got a gift against Erik Morales. No offense to Erik Morales but David Diaz should have beaten that version of Morales and he didn't. To think, someone believes David Diaz would beat JMM.

Bringer, who was this Pacquaio fan?

Fair enough. So long as you can at least say that Marquez beats Diaz ; we're cool.

Though I still think he'd beat Ricky and Oscar as well ; though clearly not as easily.
