it doesnt matter pac said 145 and they agreed he never said anything bout the title now all of a sudden he wants it for some reason. Well thats not what they agreed to if he wants it make it happen at the weight where cotto won his anywhere from 141-147Comment

Like the time you defended Margarito before he was suspended, and you said if they find he was going to cheat they should ban him forever...then when they did he your dumbass said..."he didnt actually use them"....OWNED.Comment

I was surprised that no one else was as pissed off as I was about Miguel having to put his title on the line at 145. But I'm glad the man going into the ring was the one to actually say "No way at 145". If Pac wants Cotto's belt he has to go and TAKE it. By TAKE it I mean at 147 like every other welterweight using the system. I understand if Pac wants to come in no heavier than 142... but why as a man would he ask the champion to fight him 2 pounds under his respective weight limit and then demand the title be on the line. He might as well ask for all of Cotto's properties, cars, pets, savings accounts, and his wife too. For making someone go under weight you don't deserve to be champion of that weight class. Not only do I think Cotto is the better fighter of the two by faaaaar. I definately pick him to win this fight in KO fashion and set up THE fight

Another point that must be made, however, is that are many more divisions today. Could you imagine how many division belts some of the ATG would have won back in the day. Legacy is built fighting the best, and belts, especially today, are secondary and many ways serve as reference points for people that don't follow boxing very closely.Last edited by Gabilan; 07-30-2009, 07:17 PM.Comment
