Don't you need a contract to make it official and this fight is now official? If they have just verbally agreed, then its my mistake, but my point still stands. The division is 141-147, Cotto shouldn't get any **** whatsoever for stating this because those are the rules. If he doesn't agree to put the title on the line for a catchweight, then its his choice, because its his belt and those are the rules of boxing.
