He owes it to himself to come in shape.

Could be his only title-tilt, though the top Americans seem to get a lot of cracks at it, like Rahman and Ruiz. But to go in overweight would be a massive stone unturned, and completely unprofessional.

If he comes in at 250, he doesn't really deserve the shot in the first instance. This is professional sport at the end of the day.

Being fat at Heavyweight is like showing up to your office job in shorts, a vest, and some flip-flops. It doesn't show the required respect. Chambers proved that being in shape is very important but i doubt Arreola will be in that good a shape to be honest.

In 2007 he weighed as low as 230.

In 2008 he weighed 239, 244, 258½, and 254.

His last fight against McCline he was at 255.

If he comes in around the 240-255 mark, I hope he gets KTFO.

He is extremely fortunate to have landed himself a shot with Vitali without accomplishing that much since turning pro, I would hope he's extremely motivated.

I like the guy and wish him well, I just want to see him in the best shape of his life rather than blowing his one (and probably only) shot at a title.

I think we all need to face the fact that the guy is just a really fat, lazy **** that will never amount to anything.
