The truth is that Forrest didn't have an appealing style to watch and couldn't draw at all.

By the time Forrest won a world title Tito had moved up to 154.

DLH was no doubt ducking forrest. the question isnt weather or not forrest would win but if DLH would be able to last the distance.

i would favor him over tito too, although i could see tito beating him aswell. but im leaning heavily towards forrest.

Tito vs. Forrest would've been an incredible fight at, say, 152lbs. OMG.

Tito was already at 154 and trying to slowly make his move towards RJJ by the time Forrest and SSM were real WW contenders.

One thing about Tito is that he fought the best out there in each weight class he was in. Oba Carr, ODLH, Pernell, Reid, Vargas, Joppy, Winky, Hopkins.

or were they both ducking Forrest?

all of those 2 fights would've been great.
Delahoya definitely ducked Forrest and Winky Wright courtesy of Bob Arum.
