The only reason is Ricardo Mayorga.

Had Forrest unified the welterweight divison, he would have probably got the DLH fight. Instead he got knocked out and lost the rematch. Trinidad was higher in weight and had much bigger fights then Forrest.

IMO DLH and Trinidad would have beat him, if they ever fought.

One thing about tito is that he fought the best out there in each weight class he was in. Oba carr, odlh, pernell, reid, vargas, joppy, winky, hopkins.
you forgot to put camacho in that list also

Don't know. Forrest was wicked but Tito was much bigger. I'm not sure I would favor Tito just because Forrest isn't the two things that give Tito's problems. 1)Bigger than Tito 2)A Defensive savant. Add to that Tito's power at WW was amazing.

Vernon Forrest is a tough test for anyone. I really wish he was still around there were some great fights that could have happened at 154.

or were they both ducking Forrest?

all of those 2 fights would've been great.
they were fighting in different weight classes idiot, Trinidad was at middleweight and Forest was at 147..
