soto will be moving up in weight to fight a guy who has ko'd everyone he's ever faced which includes lightweights. soto is there to be hit. benoit gaudet tagged him pretty well but lacked the power. valero is a big lightweight. i can see him end his career as a junior welterweight at the very least or as a welterweight.
