It takes a whole team to come together and pull off a victory.

For some reason Zab Judah still has some marketability though.
I wouldn't have put him on there against Hatton. I would have
put another respected/name or challenge. Zab Judah and someone
like Carlos Quintana would have been a lil more interesting on the
undercard. Over all, if everything comes together should be a
      good night for Boxing.

Na. Forget Quintana. That guy is unreliable as hell with the way he pulled out of his fights on ESPN. And Zab is fighting at 140 right now I think. I wouldn't mind having Zab on this undercard if they threw him in with a more interesting opponent than Matthew Hatton. How about Marcos Maidana? Or hell, even a fight with Emmanuel Augustus and Zab Judah would be better than that crap. It takes two fighters to make a good fight and it gets on my nerves when Judah gets an undeserved spot on this card and people will automatically say, "Oh, what a good fight" without considering the opponent. As long as fans put up with that crap, we are going to get screwed time and time again.

          OK

Now this event is going to sell a lot.

Very interesting undercard, showing respect to boxing fans.

I give a lot of credit to Mayweather if he shells out more money just put on an excellent undercard. It's something big fights haven't had.

the added attraction is good for the fans, no matter what others might say. if gbp believes the drawing power of uglyboyfloyd or marquez going into the fight, i don't think there is a need to load the undercard. it is always the main attraction the fans care about. but if gbp has plenty to give believing to get more than its investment then its good. its their right. perhaps, gbp is afraid the coming "numero uno" showdown will flop. but as i have said, the undercard, if push through is good to give justice to the ppv viewers, in case the gate flops.

i for one will not subscribe to ppv with this match, i will not waste my money watching a mismatch. what is marquez' chances of winning? absolutely none. besides, there is no excitement in uglyboyfloyd's fights. the man just love running, and holding his opponent and contented on winning the fight on points.

this will be another 12 rounds boring fight for ubf.

If both of these fights can be put on the undercard it would be awesome. I personally would really like to see both of them. These two fights plus zab and John Juarez 2, and we finally have a PPV worthy of the money. Hopefully this all comes off and as used as an example for future PPV undercards.

Because the promoters wanted nothing that would take away from the main event. HBO i believe even said that they dont worry about filling undercards simply because people dont watch.

If they strongly believed this fight would do great numbers they would not put these fights as the undercard.
quit hating this is just better for the boxing fans no they get theri moneys worth.

credit for what?? Golden Boy Promotions is promoting him, even Floyd said he turned to Golden Boy because they do things right and Richard told Floyd GBP would not let him down just like they did a great job promoting Hatton-Mayweather.

GBP is the one doing the real work behind this.

Actually, come to think of it, he should rematch Diaz after the latter gets rid of Paulie. I had that fight a draw, so they should definitely settle it once and for all. Both have had one stoppage loss and a decision loss within the space of a year.
                      [/QUOTE]

Are you serious? You had that fight a draw? Katsidis might have won 2 rounds(in a fight I wanted him to win). I was expecting a great fight and instead Katsidis brought nothing. Claims to have injured both his hands. For his sake I hope that is true because he was awful that night.
