IF this fight is for Miguel Cotto belt and IF Manny Pacquiao wins
it will be bitter sweet in a way because he didn't get it at the
147Lb limit. Even though the weight is under the official
WW limit I still feel like the belt should only be on the line
if it is 147Lb fight. Seems like Pacquiao and the whole Top
Rank is pimping Cotto. I know people will bug out once I
