Adamek vs Golota Could Be On The Horizon

He didn't fake it. You can see in the fight he's only using one arm after a point. There was no controversy at the time whether the injury was real or not.
Why do you have so much anger toward Golota?Comment

I don't. He was a very nice man to meet, but I think it's just ridiculous that you are defending someone who got their ass clearly handed to them. Even if he were hurt, which we'll say he is, it still doesn't stop from him getting caught over and over in the round.
I also think it's a bit ****** that if lets say Steve Cunningham was the champ and he had the close fight with Adamek (but let's say it's opposite where he knocks Adamek down 3 times) and Cunningham were going up in weight to fight James Toney (who for the purpose, would make just as much money as golota and adamek would), you would take Adamek's case and not Cunningham.Comment

So you think I'm against Cunningham, in the same way as you're against Adamek?I also think it's a bit ****** that if lets say Steve Cunningham was the champ and he had the close fight with Adamek (but let's say it's opposite where he knocks Adamek down 3 times) and Cunningham were going up in weight to fight James Toney (who for the purpose, would make just as much money as golota and adamek would), you would take Adamek's case and not Cunningham.
No, it would be fine for Cunningham to move up and fight Toney. By the way, Adamek's win over Cunningham was clear, 114-111. It should have been a UD not a SD.
What do you think about Wayne Braithwaite being in an IBF final eliminator with Cunningham? He had THREE losses in his past FIVE fights, over a period of five years. He hadn't fought for 15 months.
Someone more deserving like Troy Ross, BJ Flores or Grigory Drozd should have been in that eliminator with Cunningham.Comment

That's completely the IBF's fault and you know itSo you think I'm against Cunningham, in the same way as you're against Adamek?

Even if Adamek won clear, it was pretty close. Deserves a rematch.Comment

It had to do with Don King's influence over the IBF.
And he will have one.
But Cunningham made Adamek wait many months when he was IBF mandatory (Tomasz had to take an interim fight with Gomez) so it's only fair that he wait a similar period of time.Comment

South Africa owns the IBF more then King does.
Not if he moves up to heavyweightAnd he will have one
Again, King's fault with him shelving many fighter's away. By the way, if Adamek golota happens first, Cunningham will have to wait longer then Adamek did.But Cunningham made Adamek wait many months when he was IBF mandatory (Tomasz had to take an interim fight with Gomez) so it's only fair that he wait a similar period of time.Comment

Austin weighed 228 (248 vs wlad) & yes he did catch golota with that big left hook to drop him but I agree with carnivore.he dislocated his elbow I believe when he fell & when he got up he repeatedly looked at his elbow & was hit several times cleanly but it was from the disraction of the injury not the Austin punches.don't take me wrong Austin came to fight but golota was clearly upset after the fight that the injury happened.I think it would have been a decent fight had the injury not happened.I'd like to see golota vs adamek.I don't think adamek would hurt golota with his punches & since adamek is tough let's see how he handles a 245 lbs heavyweights punch.I got adamek to win by ud.Comment
