Which Hopkins fights are boring?

I would never subject anyone to Hopkins-Taylor 1 or 2.

Holy crap those were horrid fights.

I felt both should have got Losses for their efforts.

Hopkins throws 19 punches a round for the first 8 rounds and lands an average of 8 and Taylor throws a bull**** no intentions jab all night.

And Hop throws two or three hard shots then gives it up. **** those fights. they were atrocious.

its easier to list the ones that were not as boring such as Pavlik, 1st half of Tarver, 2nd half of Taylor I&II. the johnson fight was not that bad. but he couldnt even KO him despite landing at will???? and that was def not a prime road warrior by far.

This is true.

The only boring Hop fights I can think of are the Winky, Calzaghe, and Eastman fights.

It just so happens that Winky and Calzaghe were both back to back, and very recent.

So they're fresh in the fight fan's minds.

Therefore, Hopkins is boring to them.

Same thing with Wladimir Klitschko.

The Ibragimov fight and the Thompson fight were both pretty damn dull, but very recent.

Therefore, to them, Wlad = boring.

When it's simply not the case for either fighter.
